yummmM&M granola

Saturday, this recipe aired on the Food Network via Sunny Anderson.  Here's the link to the recipe.  Today, my freezer holds a gallon bag of this delicious mixture.  Yes, freeze your granola.  It will remain much more crisp.

This is delicious, and it's even better after about a week in the freezer!

Update:
This granola maintains much of it's crunch even in the high humidity of the gulf coast. (posted from my beach vacation chair in Destin, FL)

  1. Gale my daughter will be very honoured that such an amazing photography paid her such a nice compliment. It seems we have a few things in common, I love to read too and like you I usually have a few books going at the same time and one is always about food. I just started reading Best Food Writing by Holly Hughes, have you read it? Wow, you have a ton of recipes, looking forward to trying some of your delicious desserts! The dulce de leche cake is calling my name.
